The Interview Funnel tab of the Analytics page features a visual representation of how many candidates completed the various stages of the interview process.
Please note: All report visuals are based on the time zone of the first account admin created on the account.
At the top of the dashboard, choose the time frame for which you would like to see evaluation data. The time range options include: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, Past 3 months, Past 6 months, Past 12 months, All time, and Custom range.
If you select Custom Range you can select the dates by clicking into the field with the date or clicking on the calendar icon.
Filter Options
The filter menu on the right side of the screen will help narrow your results. The filters are divided into four categories, Interview, Team, Position, and Custom Fields. You can click the down arrow next to each category to expand the filter options.
Interview will allow you to create filters based on interview creator or creator role.
Team will let you filter results based on the team names.
Position will allow you to filter based on position names.
Custom Fields will let you search by job family or external ID if either of those fields apply to your positions.
Once you have selected all of the filters you would like to apply, click Apply Filters. The number of applied filters will be listed in a badge at the top of the filter menu so you can easily tell if the data you are seeing has a filter applied to it.
To remove the filters, click Reset All.
Downloading the Data
To download the data, click Export in the top right corner of the card and choose a file type.
Dashboard Metrics
OnDemand
On the OnDemand page, four metrics are displayed across the top.
Interview Rate shows the percentage of candidates who have been invited to an interview who have also completed the interview.
Time to Interview shows the average amount of time a candidate takes to complete an interview after they have received an invitation.
Evaluation Rate shows how many interviews have been evaluated by at least one evaluator.
Time to Evaluate shows the average length of time between when an evaluator receives an evaluation invitation and when they complete the evaluation.
Funnel Trends
The Funnel Trends displays the how many incomplete interviews (started but not completed), completed interviews, and completed evaluations occur on each day.
Hovering over a set of data points and clicking ‘Update Funnel’ will update the Funnel Drop-out graph to reflect that set of data points.
Funnel Drop-out
The Funnel Drop-out graph shows how many candidates progress from one step to the next.
Interview Created shows how many total interviews were created in HireVue.
Invitation Not Sent shows how many invitations weren’t sent from the interviews that were created.
Invitation Not Clicked is the number of candidates who received an interview invitation either by text or email but did not click the link in the message.
Interview Not Started shows the number of people who received the invitation and clicked the link to load the Welcome Page but did not begin the interview.
Interview Not Complete shows the number of candidates who started their interview but did not finish it.
Interview Complete is the number of candidates for whom an interview was created and completed the interview.
Evaluation Not Assigned is the number of completed interviews where an evaluator was not assigned.
Evaluation Not Started shows the number of completed interviews that were assigned an evaluator, but the evaluation has not been started.
Evaluation Not Completed is the number of completed interviews that have been assigned an evaluator and the evaluation has been started but not completed.
Evaluation Completed shows the number of completed interviews that have a completed evaluation.
Live Video
