To share an interview with other users, add them as an evaluator. Evaluators can be added two ways:
- During the evaluation
- Evaluator tab in the position
During the Evaluation
During the evaluation, click on the Add Evaluator icon at the bottom of the Interview Scorecard.
In the next window, the current evaluators assigned will populate. Type the name or email of the evaluator you would like to add in the search box. If they have an existing account in HireVue, their account will appear in the drop down menu.
If the user does not have an account in HireVue, click Add new user.
Once you click Add new user, you will be prompted to add the user's first and last name and email address.
After adding the new user's information, click Save.
Please note: If the user does not have an account in HireVue yet, adding them as an evaluator will create their account. They will receive a notification to activate their account and evaluate when at least one candidate they are assigned to evaluate completes their interview.
Position: Evaluator Tab
In HireVue, click Positions at the top of the page.
Find the position in the list and click on it to open it.
Click on the Evaluators tab.
Click Add Evaluator.
Please note: If the evaluator you need to add is already listed, click on the number assigned to ensure they are assigned to the correct candidates.
Type in the evaluator’s email address and name.
If the user already has an account in HireVue, you will see a message in blue.

Assign candidates for the user to evaluate. To assign specific candidates, click the checkbox next to each candidate.
If the user will need to evaluate all candidates interviewing for the position, select Auto-assign all candidates.
Click Save. Use Save & Add Another when you have more evaluators to add.
