To access the interview on your mobile device, download the HireVue for Recruiting app and login using your HireVue username and password.
Evaluation Features
When you login, your evaluations will be categorized in a To Do and a Completed column located at the bottom of the screen.
Use the search icon to search for specific candidates or the three dots icon to sort the list of candidates.
Click the name of the candidate you are evaluating.
To the left of the screen is a list of all candidates to evaluate for that position. Use this option accordingly:
- Click the candidate’s name to switch between evaluations
- Click the arrow to to see the all assigned candidates and their evaluation decisions
Click the following icon to create links to share the interview.
Please note: If your account has link sharing enabled, then you will see the option to share the interview in the menu bar.
Click the LinkedIn icon to load the candidate’s LinkedIn profile.
Click the tag icon to view or add any candidate tags.
Click the plus icon to view or add any evaluators.
Click the download icon to download the interview to complete an offline evaluation.
Please note: You will need a wifi connection to download the video.
The following icon will show the invited date, completed date, interview status, and any applicable website or documents for the candidate.
Evaluating the Interview
Click on the interview questions to view the candidate’s responses. For video questions, click the play icon to watch the recording.
The comment and rating options are listed below the video player. Click to leave a comment and rating for each question.
Evaluation Summary: Submitting the evaluation
Once you’ve completed your evaluation, click Submit Evaluation.
In the evaluation summary, select your recommendation and rating. Include any summary notes you may have in the Summary field.
Rating Options:
If the rating is listed as Average Rating, you will need to rate at least one question for this rating to populate. If the rating is listed as Rating, you can select the rating in the evaluation summary. Click Confirm and Send.
Please note: The ratings and recommendations may be appear differently depending on how your company has customized evaluations.
After your evaluation is submitted you are able to change it.
