Workday Integration Status Updates
Live, Phone, Onsite, and Event Interview Types

Purpose
The purpose of this document is to provide HireVue/Workday Customers with the details to update their Workday Recruiting Assessment statuses for Live, Phone, Onsite, or Event interview types in HireVue.
Update Workday Assessment Statuses
Update list of assessment statuses in order to see status progress that HireVue will send back to Workday:
- Access the Maintain Assessment Statuses task.
- Please find below list of new assessment statuses and their corresponding Reference IDs
- First Add the Statuses and corresponding Overall/Test Status Setting
- Once the statuses have been added, access the Maintain Reference IDs task
- Select “Recruiting Assessment Status” as the business object. Click Ok, then Ok again.
- Enter the Assessment Status ID per status name as outlined in the first column below
Note: Assessment Status Name can be customized based on customer’s desired configuration, but Assessment Reference ID should be exactly the same as above.
Statuses highlighted in Yellow are the newly added status for Live, Phone, Onsite, Event interview types. If you are not using the HireVue Coordinate (self scheduling) feature but still use the HireVue Integration for Live Interview types, you will still add the Scheduled status but can leave off the Awaiting Self-Scheduling status.

| hv_complete | Complete | Interview received from candidate has been processed, marked as Complete and is now ready to be evaluated by Evaluator |
| hv_canceled | Canceled | Interview with Candidate has been canceled Add for Live/Coordinate Only |
Next Steps
Notify HireVue Support that the statuses have been updated in Workday and request for the feature switch to be enabled. Once the setting is enabled in your account, you will start seeing the status updates on candidates going forward as well as the scheduling details being sent back to HireVue.
