In HireVue, click on the person icon in the top right corner. In the drop down menu, click My Profile.
Please note: If you see a disclaimer that your profile information is managed by a single sign-on service, you will not be able to edit your first name, last name, phone number, email address, or password through HireVue. Please reach out to your internal IT department as they typically manage your single sign-on service.
Profile Picture
Under Profile Picture, you can add a picture. If you do not have a picture uploaded, your initials will show as a default. Hover over the Profile Picture and select Update Picture to add a picture.
Email Address
Under Profile Picture, the email address associated with your account is listed. This email address also functions as your username.
If you need to change your email address, contact HireVue Customer Support. You do not have access to change your email address. For any updates or changes to an email address, please send your request to support@hirevue.com.
First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number
If needed edit your contact information here. Once a user’s account is created only the account owner can change their name in HireVue.
Language
Click on the drop down menu to choose your profile’s language.
Time zone
Click on the drop down menu to select your time zone. Setting your time zone will help ensure you are notified at your correct time for Live interviews.
Email Notification Delivery
Under Email Notification Delivery, choose your desired delivery method based on each type of email.
- Interview complete emails: Email notifying you that a candidate you invited to interview has completed their interview
- Evaluation invite emails: Email notifying you that you have an interview to evaluate
- Evaluation complete emails: Email notifying you that an evaluation was completed for a candidate
- Live interview invite emails: Email invitation to a Live interview with an interview link
Please note: The email notification delivery options above are the only delivery notifications that can be managed in HireVue.
Password
Using your current password, you can create a new password. Type in your current password, and then type in your new password into the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
