HireVue Assessment Results Export

Summary

The HireVue Assessment Results Export allows you to move more quickly with candidates in your hiring process as well as unlock deeper insights about your candidate pool by analyzing and comparing the predictive candidate quality data generated by a HireVue Assessment.

How to Use

This report lists each completed interview on a position tied to an assessment model and provides access to bulk information like HireVue Assessment Scores, reasons for unscored interviews, and competency score details (if applicable).

You might use this data to:

• Compare candidates by their HireVue Score or tier (if using a Pre-Built Assessment, you can also compare using individual competency scores)
• Manage unscored interviews (e.g. thresholded, requested accommodations)
• Calculate things like averages or medians on competency scores to get a better sense of how a single candidate compares to the general performance of their peers

Please note: The HireVue Assessment Results is only accessible to users with reporting permissions such as account and team administrator and team reporting manager.

Downloading the Export

1. Navigate to the export by clicking Analytics, choosing Data Exports from the menu on the left then selecting HireVue Assessment Results Export.
   
   

    

2. Configure the settings then click export. 
   
   
   Select a date range: Choose from a preset date range or create your own.
   Select filters: Choose the teams you want included in the export data.
   Choose a file type for export: Choose the format of the export.
