- Once an assessment is live (i.e. candidates are taking the assessment designed for a company’s specific job role), it is highly recommended to monitor potential scoring differences across demographics groups.
E.g. are Asian applicants scoring lower than other ethnic groups in the assessment?
- Identifying this would allow us to understand whether there are demographic groups being disadvantaged/discriminated at the assessment stage of the recruitment process, and most importantly, to address that challenge.
- Therefore, conducting a Model Maintenance and Update is also crucial to ensure that organizational recruitment strategies are well aligned with DE&I strategies.
