The Candidate Experience tab of the Analytics page features visual representations and downloadable reports of the candidate data.
Please note: All report visuals are based on the time zone of the first account admin created on the account. The time zone is noted at the bottom of the page.
At the top of the dashboard, choose the time frame for which you would like to see candidate data. The time range options include: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, Past 3 months, Past 6 months, Past 12 months, All time, and Custom range.
If you select Custom range, you can select the dates by clicking into the fields with the date or clicking on the calender icon.
Filter Options
The filter menu on the right side of the screen will help you narrow your results. The filters are divided into four categories, Interview, Team, Position, and Custom Fields. You can click the down arrow next to each category to expand the filter options.
Interview will allow you to create filters based on interview creator or creator role.
Team will let you filter results based on the team names.
Position will allow you to filter based on position names.
Custom Fields will let you search by job family or external ID if either of those fields apply to your positions.
Once you have selected all of the filters you would like to apply, click Apply Filters. The number of applied filters will be listed in a badge at the top of the filter menu so you can easily tell if the data you are seeing has a filter applied to it.
To remove the filters, click Reset All.
Download the Data
To download the data, click Export in the top right corner of the card and choose a file type.

Interviews Taken by Time of Day
The heat map shows how many candidates complete an interview by day of the week and time of day.
Application Type
The Application Type card shows how many total applications were received, as well as how many of those applications were received through the iOS app, Android app, iOS browser, Android browser, internet browser, or other.
Candidate Origination
The Candidate Origination card show how many candidates started their interview by an email invitation or an interview sign up page.
