1. Visit https://hirevuesupport.zendesk.com
2. Click CHECK SUPPORT TICKETS in the top right corner.
3. Select CONTINUE.
4. Sign in using your existing credentials or click Sign up if you're a new user.
Please note: If you don't remember your password, click on Forgot my password to receive a password reset email.
5. Once you're logged in you can view all of your requests including the ticket subject, when it was created, last activity and ticket status. You can also search for a specific request and filter by Status.
6. Click on a request to view the email thread and any additional ticket details.
7. In the Requests I'm CC'd on tab you can view all tickets in which you're cc'd on.
8. In the Organization requests tab you can view all requests that have been submitted by your organization.
