This article highlights the different elements in a candidate’s CodeVue submission.
At the top of the question, the question name, difficulty level, and time limit are listed. The candidate’s code is displayed under the Code tab.
Evaluators can view the the candidate's response in full-screen mode by clicking the arrows to expand the window.
To return to the evaluator click the arrows again.
The candidate response time is listed at the bottom of the window.
On the right side, the language the candidate used for the solution is listed.
Click the three-button menu icon to the right of Language to view the challenge details.
At the bottom of the evaluator, the Code Similarity score is listed on the right side. Code Similarity measures the uniqueness of the candidate’s code when compared with other solutions to the same challenge using the same language. This tool helps identify possible plagiarism, and it helps identify which candidates provide very creative, unique answers to the question.
