During the Interview
During the Live interview, evaluation options are listed on the right side. While interviewing the candidate, you have access to the following options:
- Candidate Profile: Link to the candidate’s profile, candidate’s contact information, and a link to the candidate’s LinkedIn profile.
- Tags: Assign tags to the candidate.
- Your Recommendation and Rating: Choose your recommendation and rating for the candidate.
- Questions: Rate each question and leave a comment according to the candidate’s response.
Please note: Rating may appear different in your Live interview. Ratings may be set as a rating per interview or per question depending on how your company’s HireVue account is setup.
Immediately After the Interview
Alternatively, you can wait until you complete the interview with the candidate to evaluate their interview.
After the interview is completed, click the Evaluate Now button to evaluate the candidate's interview.
Please note: If you close this window and do not click on the Evaluate Now button, you will need to wait until the video processes and you receive an email notification that the interview is ready to evaluate. You cannot access the Evaluate Now button again.
If your team is currently using Live 3.0, once the interview has been ended for the participant, evaluators can remain in the interview to talk with other interviewers, add notes, and complete their evaluation and recommendation.
In the next screen, the candidate's interview may still be processing, but you can still evaluate the interview.
