Please note: Live interviews take approximately one minute to process for every one minute recorded of the interview. This is an approximation dependent on the number of videos being processed on a particular server.
Evaluation Features
At the top of the evaluator screen, the name of the position is listed in a drop down menu where you can choose other positions to evaluate.
To the right of the candidate’s name are icons to link to the candidate’s LinkedIn profile, send the candidate an email, and view the candidate’s profile.
Tip: Hover over each icon to see what action it will take.
To review the candidates video, click Video. The candidate’s image appears larger at the top and the interviewer’s image appears smaller at the bottom of the screen.
In the video player, evaluators can play, pause, jump forward or backward 15 seconds, adjust the volume, and control the playback speed.
To review the chat transcript from the Live interview, click Chat.
To review the interview questions, click Questions. Use the pagination options at the bottom of the screen to move to each question.
If Live Coding was used for the interview, click Live Coding. Press the play icon to play the video of the Live Coding recording. Click Run Results to test the code that the candidate input during the interview. The language used to code will be listed in the top right corner.
When you evaluate an interview on a computer, other candidates you are assigned to evaluate for the same position will show on the left side of the evaluation screen. In this section, you can sort the candidates to view all of them, the candidates you have to evaluate, and the candidate evaluations you have completed.
Tip: In this section, the blue bar to the right of the candidate’s name indicates the candidate you are currently evaluating.
Use the arrows on either side of the candidate name to view different candidate interviews.
Evaluating the Interview: Interview Scorecard
The interview scorecard is located to the right of the video player.
In the Ratings section, hover over the stars and select the rating. An average rating will compile based on each individual question rating.
Please note: The ratings and recommendations may appear differently depending on account configurations.
To review the Candidate Report for Managers, click View Report.
To add a note type in the text box then click Add note. To edit a note after it has been added, click the pencil icon. Use the trash can icon to delete the note.
To submit the evaluation, click Done Evaluating at the bottom of the Interview Scorecard.
Your Checklist will detail any missing information before the evaluation can be submitted. After missing information has been provided, click Submit.
After your evaluation is submitted, you are able to change it.
