The shareable interview link feature is available for all interview types (On Demand, Live Video, On Site, Phone, and Event). When the shareable interview link is enabled, interviewing candidates can sign up for the interview using an auto-populated link.
Using Shareable Interview Links
In HireVue, click Positions at the top of the page. In Positions, search for the position and click on it. Alternatively, this setting can be turned on when creating a new position.
In the position, check the option Shareable Interview Link.
Please note: If the box is unchecked, the shareable interview link will become inactive. This will affect any candidates who have not yet clicked the link to sign up for the interview.
Click Allowed Sign-Ups to determine how many times the candidate can sign up for the interview using the same email address.
Ways to share the link:
- Copy and paste the link into an email that you send to the candidates
- Click the LinkedIn icon to share the link to candidates
- Click the Twitter icon to tweet out the link to candidates
- Click the QR code to download a QR code to share with candidates
Please note: There are currently no capabilities to send the shareable interview link directly from HireVue.
Candidate Experience
In the position, click on the Interview Setup tab.
In Branded Theme, click Preview.
In the Template section choose the Interview Sign-Up option for the interview type.
This template is live, so you can explore it from the candidate’s perspective.
Please note: The example is based on the HireVue default, so this page may vary depending on how your company has customized this page.
The Learn More option only appears on the interview sign-up page for On Demand interviews, Live interviews, and interviews with a CodeVue question.
