In HireVue, select Evaluations at the top page to see interviews you are assigned to evaluate and your completed evaluations.
The To Do tab contains your assigned interview evaluations.
The evaluations listed include the candidate’s name, position title, date last updated, the option to start evaluating, and the option to play the interview video.

The Completed tab contains your completed interview evaluations.
The evaluations listed include the candidate’s name, position title, date last updated, the interview rating you assigned, the recommendation you selected, and the option to play the interview video.
To search for an evaluation, type the candidate’s name into the Filter evaluations search box.
Evaluation Notifications
There are two ways to receive a notification to evaluate your interview:
- Email invitation to evaluate
- Action Items in HireVue
In your email account, you should receive an email invitation to evaluate an interview. The position and interviewing candidate(s) will be listed.
Click Evaluate Now to begin evaluating the interview.
Please note: Your email may appear differently according to how your company has customized the email templates.
Alternatively, you should see a notification to evaluate in your Action Items on your homepage in HireVue. Click Evaluate to evaluate the interview.
Your action items are also located at the top bar in HireVue. Click on the Action Items icon to view the list, and then click Evaluate to evaluate the interview.
Please note: Evaluations can also be completed on an Android or Apple smartphone or tablet through our HireVue Pro app.
