Summary
The Integration Errors section of the Reports page in HireVue features a list of integration errors and a downloadable report of integration errors. This page can be accessed by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner and selecting Integrations.
Please note: These integration errors are specific to candidate centric integrations. These include Oracle TEE (Taleo), IBM Kenexa Brassring, iCIMS, Lumesses, and WCN.
Report Download
In the download section, select the timeframe for the report by clicking into the field with the date or clicking on the calendar icon.
To select what kind of file to download, click on .csv to choose between .csv, .xlsx, or .xls.
When you click Download, the report will appear at the bottom of your screen ready to download. Click the download icon to download the report to your computer.
Please note: This report is currently limited to a 90 day range. You can only pull dates in a 90 day range.
When you download the report, you will see the following fields:
- Integration Name: The name of the integration system
- Candidate Name: The name of the candidate affected by the error
- Candidate Email: The email address for the candidate affected by the error
- Reason for error: The name of the integration error (See Overview of Integration Errors for information on each type of error and troubleshooting steps)
- Date/Time: The date and time that the error occurred
- Creator Name: The name of the user who sent the request from the integration system
- Creator Email: The email address for the user who sent the request from the integration system
- Position Name: The name of the position affected by the error
- Requisition/Package ID: The ID number assigned by the integration system
- Interview Creator Team Name(s): The team the interview creator (user) is assigned to
- Position Team Name: The name of the team the position is assigned to
List of Errors
The following sections are listed in each error:
- Integration Name: The name of the integration system
- Reason for Error: The name of the integration error (See Overview of Integration Errors for information on each type of error and troubleshooting steps)
- Candidate name: The name of the candidate affected by the error
- Date/Time: The date and time that the error occurred
- Creator: The name of the user who sent the request from the integration system
- Position Name: The name of the position affected by the error
- Requisition/Package ID: The ID number assigned by the integration system
Filter Options
Use the Filter button located to the right of the list of errors to filter your results.
When you click Filter, you will see a list of options to filter:
- Integration Name: The name of the integration system
- Requisition ID/Package ID: The ID number assigned by the integration system
- Position Name: The name of the position affected by the error
- Interview Creator: The name of the user who sent the request from the integration system
- Error Reason: The name of the integration error (See Overview of Integration Errors for information on each type of error and troubleshooting steps)
