- In your HireVue account click on your name at the top of the page, then select User Administration.
- In the Users tab click Upload.
- In the new window Required columns are listed. Ensure your CSV file contains these columns with the exact title shown in the list.
- Optional columns are also listed. These columns are not required but if you do fill them out, use the exact title shown in the list.
Please note: For required and optional columns you must use the exact title shown in example or the file will not upload successfully. For example, to include the user’s first name you must name the column First.
5. Click on the column option listed in blue like Language, Team Roles, and Account Role to see how you need to input each option into the file.
Please note: If you do not use the correct phrase or abbreviation your file will not successfully upload. For example, for Deutsch, you will need to type de into the Language column.
6. To view a quick example click View Example.
7. To download an example click Download Example CSV File.
8. To upload, click Upload a file.
Please note: The file must be saved as a .csv file to successfully upload. If your file fails the upload read the error to understand how to fix the error. For example, if the error points to line 14, review the provided example and check line 14 in the spreadsheet for errors.
