To use Coordinate for a Live interview, you can either schedule the interview using schedule search or have the candidate schedule their interview using self-schedule.
The Interview Template section of the position must be filled out to use Coordinate.
Please note: Live interviews can be manually scheduled, so they can be scheduled without using Coordinate.
Once the Interview Template is filled out, switch to the Candidates tab and click Add to add a candidate.
Schedule Search
In the schedule section of the interview information, ensure Coordinate is selected. Then click Open Schedule Search.
In the Schedule Search, choose a time that is listed as Available.
Once the time is selected, it will auto populate. Double check the rest of the details for the candidate’s interview, and then click Save.
Self-Schedule
In the schedule section of the interview information, ensure Coordinate is selected. If the Candidate Self-Scheduling option is off, click the button to the left of Candidate Self-Scheduling to turn it on.
Once the option is turned on, double check the rest of the details for the candidate’s interview, and then click Save.
When you save, the candidate will receive an invitation email with the link to schedule their interview.
