To access the interview settings click on your name at the top of the page and then My Company.
In My Company the page will default to the Interview Settings tab.
Please note: These settings may vary depending on your company’s HireVue account setup.
Candidate Tag Management: Create, Edit, or Delete
To add a new tag type the tag into the New tag box and click Add.
To edit an existing tag click the pencil icon.
To remove an existing tag click the x icon.
To merge tags click the checkbox next to two or more tags and then click Merge Selected Tags.
Question Templates: Create, Edit, or Delete
You can click on the title of of the question template to view it. To edit a question template click the pencil icon. You can also delete a question template by clicking the x icon.
To create a new template click New template.
Custom CodeVue Questions: Create, edit, or delete
Click on the title of the custom CodeVue question to view it. To edit a custom CodeVue question click the pencil icon. You can also delete a custom CodeVue question by clicking the x icon.
To create a new question click New CodeVue Question.
Custom Statuses: Create, edit, or delete
To create a custom status click Add.
In the Custom Status you will see the status icon, title, the teams that can use this status, and an option Candidate in this status will be hidden from the “All Active” view. If you check this option candidates in that status will be hidden and removed from the total count of active candidates.
For existing custom statuses use the pencil icon to edit the custom status and the x icon to remove the custom status.
When you edit a custom status you can change the name, the icon, the color of the icon, and choose which teams use the status. If you want all teams to use the status check the box next to All Teams. Always click Save to save any changes.
Branded Themes
The branded theme selected will reflect the user and candidate experience including branding for email templates, landing pages, interview background and exit page. A branded theme is applied when creating the position.
Localized Candidate Emails
Localized candidate emails allow all emails for the interview to be sent in a selected language. To enable this setting click the checkbox next to Enable localized emails for candidates.
Shareable Evaluator Links
The shareable evaluation link is a public link that allows anyone access to the candidate’s responses without a username and password. The link is view only and it does not allow you to evaluate the candidate’s responses, including ratings, recommendations, and notes.
Click Shareable Evaluation Link Access to set access to create shareable evaluation links and share interviews or interview questions by team.
Click the option next to Team Name to set access for all teams or select specific teams.
Click Shareable Evaluation Link Info to set the information that will be displayed in the shareable evaluation link. The options include:
- Candidate's email
- Interview completed date
- Additional documents attached to the interview
- Interview invited date
- Candidate's Resume/CV
- Link to a candidate's website (if applicable)
Click the option next to Setting to select all of the options or select specific options.
