Branded themes are a great way to enhance the candidate experience and show your branding and company culture. In the My Company page you can view and edit your themes. In your themes you can add a company name, candidate exit page URL, logo, background, main color, and terms and conditions. Additionally, you can view emails and landing pages and edit certain email templates.
Please note: To create a new theme send a request to the HireVue support team. You cannot create a new theme in the My Company page.
To access branded themes, follow the steps below:
- In HireVue, click on your name at the top right then click My Company.
- In the Interview Settings tab scroll down to the Branded Themes section.
- In the Default column, if you have multiple themes listed, you can choose one of the themes as the default. This means that new positions created will have that theme by default; however, users may be able to change the theme.
Please note: If you do not want users to be able to change the theme you can manage which themes are enabled by team in the team settings located in the User Administration page.
4. There are two actions you can take: preview the theme or edit the theme.
Preview the theme
- Under Branded Themes click Preview.
- In the new page you can choose the language and email or landing page template to preview.
- When you choose a template to preview it will populate in the middle of the screen.
- On the right side you can print the template or send yourself a test email to view it.
Edit the Theme
- Under Branded Themes click the pencil icon.
- All of the editable options will appear. Under Theme Name you can change the name of theme.
- Under Theme Page URL, you can preview the url for the theme page by clicking on it.
- Under Company Name you can change the name of the company.
Tip: Company Name can be utilized for branded themes that may apply to different companies.
5. Under Candidate Exit Page you can edit the candidate exit page and preview it.
Tip: This is the page the candidate will be routed to after the interview. To promote your branding and company culture, link out to your careers page.
