To access the interview settings click on your name at the top of the page and then My Company.
In My Company click on the Evaluation Settings tab.
Please note: These settings may vary depending on your company’s HireVue account setup.
Evaluating Interviews
Click on each option to set the interview rating, recommendation and comment access for evaluations by team.
Interview Rating Settings: This section allows you to enable ratings for evaluations. You can also require ratings to consider an evaluation complete. Choose to require ratings on at least one question or every question.
Please note: Check the box at the top of the table in each section to apply the setting to all teams.
Interview Recommendation Settings: This section allows you to enable recommendations for evaluations. You can also require recommendations to consider an evaluation complete. If you would like more recommendation options than Yes or No, check the box for Allow “Maybe” recommendations.
Interview Comments Access: This section allows you to enable access to leave comments during evaluations for each team.
Scoring Options
Click on each option to set the scoring options for each interview type by team. You can also set the scoring scale.
On Demand Interviews: Set the scoring options as per candidate or per question for specific teams. Per candidate requires evaluators to leave an average rating for the interview while per question requires evaluators to leave ratings for each candidate interview question.
The Enable Question Scoring column will turn on the question scoring feature. This feature enables automatic scoring for multiple selection and ranking questions. When this feature is enabled, you will choose the weighted score for each question.
Live/On-Site/Phone Interviews: Set the scoring options are per candidate or per question for specific teams. Per candidate requires evaluators to leave an average rating for the interview while per question requires evaluators to leave ratings for each candidate interview question.
Scoring scale: Select the scoring scale in the drop down menu. The options include 3-point, 4-point, and 5-point.
