In the Interview Setup tab of the position, the Interview Template section allows you to set the interview details, questions, and instructions for each interview.
Choose the timezone for the interview in the drop down menu.
At the top, name the interview session.
Details
In Details, choose the duration of the interview, interviewers, and the room for the interview.
Duration: The duration of the interview can be no fewer than 15 minutes and no longer than 8 hours.
Interviewers: Once you add at least one interviewer, the options “or” and “and” will appear. Use the option “or” to add another interviewer in case the first interviewer may be busy during the interviewing time. Use the option “and” if you need to add another interviewer.
Tip: Use the “or” option if you plan to have interviews at varying hours. This creates the potential for more interviews as it doubles the amount of interviewers you have listed.
Please note: For Coordinate to work, there must be at least one interviewer, and their account must be setup with a calendar service.
Rooms: Once you add at least one room, the the options “or” and “and” will appear. Use the option “or” to add another room in case the first room may be busy during the interviewing time. Use the option “and” if you need to add another room.
Questions
In Questions, type a question or load questions.
When you click Load Questions, you can choose to load questions from the question bank, a question template, or from a previous position.
Instructions
In Instructions, add any instructions for the interview, a comment, or a link to any applicable files.
You can also add another interview session or load previous sessions.
Schedule Search
At the top right, you can Limit Schedule Search. Click this option to lock the interview session time.
Please note: When you lock this time, it may limit the schedule availability.
When you select a locked session time, you can click + Add Time Range to add another time.
You can also click + Add Time Range again to add another time range.
When you add another time range, the option will appear as an alternative “or between” option. This means the schedule search will search for either time range as an option.
