Summary
Quickly identifying the best candidates to fill a role is critical to successfully maximizing talent within an organization. The interview summary export allows you filter and prioritize your candidates, enabling you to quickly identify the best and act on them to ensure the optimal candidate experience.
How to Use
As more and more candidates finish their interviews, it starts to become clear that some start rising to the top based upon their interview performance, whether that be feedback left by others in your organization or whether they scored well on assessment-style questions during the interview.
Based on the way you’ve built and configured a position, the interview summary export allows users to get a comprehensive look at any of the following for each completed interview of any type:
- Average evaluation rating
- Number of positive or negative recommendations left by evaluators
- Percentage score from auto-scored responses (e.g. multiple choice questions)
- Average score of CodeVue challenges
- HireVue Assessment Score
Here are a couple of examples of how you might use this export:
- Apply filters to include or exclude certain groups of candidates (e.g. filter out those candidates getting too many ‘No’ recommendations during their evaluation)
- Sort by the most meaningful criteria to your company and the role you’re hiring for (e.g. if you’re hiring for a engineering role, sort by those with the top CodeVue scores, and then by those with the highest ratings from evaluators)
Tip: If your account uses an integration, the interview summary export includes information passed along from external systems (e.g. your applicant tracking system) allowing you to merge data collected within HireVue with other data you have for an even more comprehensive view.
Please note: The Interview Summary Export is only accessible to users with account or team administrator or team reporting manager permissions.
