Summary
The CodeVue Challenge Scores Export allows users to export data on programming challenges to gain deeper understanding of an individual candidate's programming ability or perform custom analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights across all candidates taking the assessment.
In addition to basic information about the candidate and their interview, this export includes:
- Data for each completed challenge submission, including incomplete interviews
- Descriptive information about the challenge (e.g. title, difficulty, the programming language used)
- Candidate challenge performance data (e.g. total tests, total passed, individual challenge percentage score, code similarity score)
See below for a full list of data included.
How to Use
For example, a user might export evaluation information to assist in:
- Determining performance benchmarks across all candidates (e.g. Was an individual’s performance better than the average performance of all the candidates? If so, by how much?)
- Understanding the challenge difficulty to inform future assessment design (e.g. Was a challenge too easy? Should it be replaced next time?)
- Identifying preferences among programming languages selected by candidates
Please note: The CodeVue Challenge Scores Export is only accessible to users with reporting permissions such as account and team administrator and reporting team manager.
