Summary
The Live Interview Export gives customers key information about the candidate and participant experience on Live interviews within their account.
In addition to basic information about the candidate and their interview, this export includes:
- Interview workflow information (e.g. interview start and end times, duration in minutes, etc.)
- Technical diagnostic information about the interview (e.g. browser used, video quality survey ratings, etc.)

How to Use
A user might export evaluation information to assist in:
- Determining attendance amongst interview attendees
- Troubleshooting connection issues experienced by interview attendees
Please note: The Live Interview Export is only accessible to users with reporting permissions such as account and team administrator and team reporting manager.
Downloading the Export
- Navigate to the export by clicking Analytics, choosing Data Exports from the menu on the left then selecting Live Interview Export.
- Configure the settings, then click export.
Select a date range: Choose from a preset date range or create your own.
Select filters: Choose the teams you want included in the export data.
Choose a file type for export: Choose the format of the export.
