Interview Data
| Application Type | HireVue application used by the candidate to complete an interview. |
| Custom Status | Custom status assigned to an interview. |
| Interview Code | Unique code provided to the candidate to identify the interview. |
| Interview ID | Unique identifier belonging to the interview the candidate completed. |
| Interview Status | Current HireVue status of the interview. |
| Interview Type | Type of interview assigned to the position. |
| Invited by First Name | First name of the user who invited the candidate to take an interview. |
| Invited by Email | Email address of the user who invited the candidate to take an interview. |
| Invited by Last Name | Last name of the user who invited the candidate to take an interview. |
| Tags | Comma separated list of tags used to categorize interviews. |
Candidate Profile Data
| Candidate ID | Unique identifier belonging to the candidate invited to take the interview. Typically the same candidate ID used to identify the candidate in the applicant tracking system (ATS). *Only included when the position and account are properly configured with a supported integration. |
| City/District | Name of the city associated with the candidate taking the interview. |
| Country | Name of the country associated with the candidate taking the interview. |
| Email Address | Email address for the candidate associated with the interview. |
| First Name | First name of the candidate associated with the interview. |
| Last Name | Last name of the candidate associated with the interview. |

Position Data
| Custom Fields | Any data in custom fields. *Only included should custom fields exist on the position. |
| Position ID | Unique identifier belonging to the position associated with the interview. |
| Position Title | Unique identifier belonging to the position associated with the interview. |
| Public Position Title | Unique identifier belonging to the position associated with the interview. |
Position Template Data
| Interview Group | Name of the group a position template is associated to. Format: Interview Group Name (ID: Interview Group ID) |
| Interview Reuse | Used to distinguish original interviews from reused interviews. If the interview is reused, the name of the original position and the date completed is also provided. |
| Position Template | Name of the template used to create the position. Format: Position Template Name (ID: Position Template ID) |
Team Data
| Team Name | Name of the team associated with the interview. |
Integrations Data
| Integration Fields (e.g. Requisition ID) | List of data collected from third party integration partners. Typically unique IDs are used to associate information in HireVue with other systems. |
Account Data
| Account Name | Name of the account in HireVue. |
Live Attendee Data
| Attendee Name | Full name of the participant attending the interview. |
| Attendee Type | Type of user attending the interview. |
| Participant Count | Total number of interviewers assigned to sessions. |
Session Configuration Data
| Audio Mode | Audio configuration used by the candidate or participant during the interview. |
| Browser | Browser used by the candidate or participant during the interview. |
| Operating System | Operating system used by the candidate or participant during the interview. |
Session Data
| Duration (in minutes) | Length of time between the interview start and completion in minutes. |
| Interview Completed Time | Date and time when the interview was completed. Provided in the profile time zone of the user downloading the report. (YYYY-MM-DD HH : MM : SS UTC) |
| Interview Start Time | Date and time when the first session of the interview began. |
Technical Diagnosis Data
| Distance from Media Server (km) | Distance (in km) between the interview attendees and the server used to host the interview. Shorter distances are preferred. |
| Loaded Page | This section will show if the candidate loaded the page. If the duration of the interview is 0, then the loaded page section may be listed with a 'No.' This means the candidate did not load the page for the interview. |
| Media Server Group | HireVue media server group used to host the interview. |
| Session Count | Total number of interview sessions configured during the interview setup. |
Video Quality Feedback
| Survey Score | 1 to 5 rating of the video quality made by the candidate or interviewer at the end of the interview. |
| Survey Verbatim | Text feedback provided by the candidate or interviewer at the end of the interview. |
Consent Data
| All Terms Accepted Timestamp | Date and time the candidate accepted the terms and conditions to the interview. Timestamp provided in UTC time zone. |
Evaluator Data
| Evaluator Email Address | Email address of the user assigned to evaluate the interview. |
| Evaluator First Name | First name of the user assigned to evaluate the interview. |
| Evaluator Last Name | Last name of the user assigned to evaluate the interview. |
| Evaluator Teams | List of any team the evaluator is assigned to. |
Coding Challenge Data
| Candidate Programming Language | Programming language selected by the candidate ahead of starting the programming challenge. |
| Challenge Difficulty | Level of skill required to successfully respond to the challenge (easy, medium, or hard). |
| Challenge Title | Name of the programming challenge taken by the candidate. |
Automated Score Data
| Code Similarity | Score indicating how similar a candidate's answer is to other submissions. |
| Percentage Score | Candidate's score on the challenge calculated by taking the total number of tests passed as a percentage of total number of tests, public or private, run against the response entered by the candidate. |
| Total Tests | Total number of all tests, public or private, run against the response entered by the candidate. |
| Total Tests Passed | Total number of all successful tests, public or private, run against the response entered by the candidate. |
Question and Section Data
| Form Name | Name of the form provided by the system if configured within a section (e.g. 'Form B'). *Only included when a position is configured to use question forms. |
| Question Order | Numerical order the question appeared in the interview. *Includes section number when a position is configured with multiple sections (e.g. Section 2, Question 5). |
| Question Response Type | Expected candidate response format as entered during position creation. |
| Question Text | Question text as entered during position creation. Uses challenge title for programming questions and game titles for game assessments. |

Evaluation Workflow Data
| Count of Assigned Evaluations | Number of evaluators who are assigned to the interview. |
| Count of Completed Evaluations | Number of evaluations associated with the interview that are both assigned and completed by the assigned evaluator. |
| Evaluation Assigned Timestamp | Number of evaluations associated with the interview that are both assigned and completed by the assigned evaluator. |
| Evaluation Completed Timestamp | Date and time the evaluator completed reviewing the interview. |
| Evaluation Started Timestamp | Date and time the started completed reviewing the interview. |
| Evaluation Status | Workflow status of the evaluation at the time the data is exported. Awaiting Candidate Interview: Evaluation is assigned, but the interview is not yet complete. Pending Evaluation: Evaluation is assigned and interview is complete, but the evaluator has not yet begun review. Started: Evaluator has begun reviewing the interview but isn't finished. Completed: Evaluator has completed the evaluation. |

| Time to Evaluate | Length of time taken by the hiring team to evaluate an interview from the time it's ready for review. This is typically used to measure the promptness of the hiring team. If multiple evaluations are assigned, the first completed is used. Format: DD = Day, HH = Hour, MM = Minute) |
Evaluator Feedback Ratings
| Average Question Rating | Total of the question-level ratings provided by all evaluators divided by the number of all question ratings. *Only included when question-level evaluations are configured on the position. |
| Candidate Rating | Overall numerical rating left by the evaluator on the candidate's interview. *Average of question ratings included if configured on the position. |
| Candidate Recommendation | Recommendation given by the evaluator. *Includes 'Maybe' recommendations if they are enabled on the position. |
| Custom Rating | Custom rating given by the evaluator after the interview. *Only included if custom ratings are enabled on the position. |
| Evaluator Comments | Comments left by evaluators. |
| Position Rating Scale | Numeric rating scale in use on the position. |
Scores and Evaluation Data
| Average Evaluator Question Rating | Total of the question-level ratings provided by all evaluators divided by the number of all question ratings. *Only included when question-level evaluations are configured on the position. |
| Average Evaluator Candidate Rating | Total of the candidate-level ratings provided by all evaluators divided by the number of all candidate ratings. *Only included when candidate-level evaluations are configured on the position. |
| Average Evaluator Competency Rating | Total of the competency-based ratings provided by all evaluators divided by the number of all candidate ratings. *Only included when competency-based evaluations are configured on the position. |
| Average CodeVue Score | Total of the scores of each individual challenge divided by the total number of challenges on the position. |
| Count of 'Maybe' Recommendations | Count of associated evaluations where the evaluator couldn't decide how to recommend the candidate. *Only included when 'Maybe' recommendations are configured on the position. |
| Count of 'No' Recommendations | Count of associated evaluations where the evaluator has not recommended the candidate. |
| Count of 'Yes' Recommendations | Count of associated evaluations where the evaluator has not recommended the candidate. |
| Count of All Recommendations | Count of associated evaluations where the evaluator has any type of recommendation (Yes, No, or Maybe). |
| Evaluator Comments | Comments left by the evaluator. |
| HireVue Assessment Score Status | Status of the HireVue assessment and its score at the time the report is downloaded. |
| HireVue Assessment Tier | Categorical grouping of HireVue assessment scores used to classify interviews into three performance segments: top, middle, and bottom. |
| HireVue Assessment Score | Score issued by assessment model during processing, ranges between 1 and 100. *Only included when a HireVue assessment model is connected to the position. |
| Position Rating Scale | Numeric rating scale in use on the position. (e.g. 3, 4, or 5) |
| Scored Question Points Earned | Sum of all points earned for each question on the position. |
| Scored Question Points Possible | Sum of all points possible for each question on the position. |
| Total Question Score | Percentage score determined by the number of points earned vs points possible. |
Competency Score Data
| Competency Score | Combined numeric and categorical score provided by certain HireVue assessments on an interview measuring a candidate's ability to perform a certain skill relevant to the role they are applying for. Competency scores range from 1 to 5, where a score of 5 represents the best performing candidates. Examples of competencies measure by a HireVue assessment include personal stability, problem solving, and communication. |
