What is the Candidate ID

For customers using an applicant tracking system (ATS), the Candidate ID is a unique identifier for candidates. The Candidate ID only applies to customers using the following ATS systems with HireVue: Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE), Taleo Business Edition (TBE), Workday, and iCIMS. The Candidate ID can be searched in the position the candidate interview for. Use Candidate ID to enhances you ability to quickly locate candidates.

Tip: The Candidate ID is also available in the following reports: Interview Activity Report, Live Interview Report, Evaluation Scores Report, Candidate Answers Report, and Candidate Consent Report.

Find the Candidate ID

  1. In HireVue, click Positions at the top of the page.



     
  2. In the list of positions, click on the position associated with the candidate.

     
  3. In the position, scroll down to the list of candidates and look for the Candidate ID column.



     
  4. If you do not see the Candidate ID column, click on Edit Columns.



     
  5. In the drop down menu, check the box next to Candidate ID.



     
  6. To find the candidate, input the Candidate ID in the Filter candidates search box.
