When your account is created in HireVue you will receive an email notification inviting you to activate your account.
The email will be from HireVue: interviews@hirevue.com.
The subject line will list the user’s name who invited you.
Please note: If your account is setup with evaluator only access you will not receive a notification to activate your account until at least one candidate you are assigned to evaluate completes their interview.
In the email invitation click Activate Account.
Please note: The option may appear differently than the example screenshot as the email template may be customized by your company.
After clicking Activate Account, type in your new password in both fields, agree to the terms and conditions, and click Submit.
After you log in, take note of the URL at the top of the page. This URL will be the same link you can use to log in to your account in the future. If you forget this link on future logins, you can also log in via app.hirevue.com.
