Follow these steps to reset your password. Your username will always be the email address associated with your HireVue account.
Please note: These steps will not work if your company uses a single sign-on (SSO) service with HireVue.
- Go to your company’s HireVue login page.
- Find the section that asks for a username/email address and password, often listed as the Manager Login.
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter your email address and click Recover My Password.
- Check your email account for an email from interviews@hirevue.com with the subject line HireVue Password Reset Assistant.
- Open the email and click Reset Password.
- In the Set Password page, type your new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields. Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions and click Reset My Password.
- Go back to the main login page and log in.
