Some companies use a single sign-on (SSO) service with HireVue. An SSO service allows you to use one login for multiple applications like HireVue and is managed by your company, typically the IT department.
To check if your company uses a single sign-on service follow these steps:
- Log in to your HireVue account.
- Click on your name at the top-right.
- Click My Profile.
- If your profile states Your profile information is managed by a single sign-on service, your company uses a SSO.
Please note: If you are encountering an issue with your login and your company uses a single sign-on service, you will need to contact your internal IT department to troubleshoot the issue.
