If you do not hear audio when reviewing a video question, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
- Click the Apple menu in the top-left corner and select System Preferences.
- Double-click the Sound option.
- Select the Output tab to see your list of speakers and headsets.
- Select the speaker you want to use. Internal speakers are most often used.
- In Output volume, move the slider to the far right. The box next to Mute should not be checked.
- After you have followed the steps above, try reviewing the video again.
- If the audio issues continue, restart your computer and try reviewing the video again. If restarting your computer doesn't resolve the issue, we recommend switching to different speakers like headphones with a built-in microphone.
