If you do not hear audio when reviewing an Ondemand video question or during Live interview, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
- Locate the speaker icon, typically found in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Right-click on the speaker icon and select Open Volume Mixer.
- Find your browser in the list of applications. Using the slider, turn the volume up for your internet browser.
- After you have followed the steps above try reviewing the video again.
- If the audio issues continue restart your computer and try reviewing the video again. If restarting your computer doesn't resolve the issue we recommend switching to different speakers like headphones with a built-in microphone.
