Use the following steps to create a position using position templates. Position templates can only be used for OnDemand interviews.
At the top of the page, click Positions.
- In the Positions page, click New Position.
- In the drop drop-down, click Create From Template.
- On the left side of the page, choose the position template.
- On the right side of the page, the position details will be listed.
- Click Use Template at the bottom of the page.
- When the position loads, edit and review, then click Save.
Please note: Depending on setup, you may be able to edit the Candidate Experience and Questions section of the position. If you cannot edit these sections, position editing is restricted. If position editing has been restricted, you can only edit the titles, custom fields, and integration fields (i.e. Requisition ID). For questions about the restrictions, contact the user who created the position template.
