The question scoring feature enables automatic scoring for multiple selection and ranking questions. When this feature is enabled you will choose the weighted score for each question.
Please note: Users evaluating the interview will not be able to rate or comment on multiple choice, multiple selection, and/or ranking questions that have question scoring enabled or have a correct answer configured.
Follow these steps to enable question scoring:
- Create a new position using the New Position option on your home page or in the Positions page.
- In the Advanced section check the box next to Enable Scored Questions.
- In the Questions section click Add a Question, then choose New Question.
- In a multiple selection or ranking question fill out the answers and check the option Score This Question.
- In a multiple selection question, a 'Points' column will appear to the right of each response. Input the number of points that each answer is worth.
- In a ranking question, a Question Scoring option will populate. Input the number of points that each answer is worth.
Tip: For ranking questions, think “If the candidate drags Answer #1 to Rank A, how many points is that worth?"
