To copy a position in HireVue, use the Copy Position option. This option is located in all interview types. Not all of the information in the position copies over and not all of the copied information is editable.
How to Copy the Position
- In HireVue, click on the Positions tab at the top of the page.
- Search for the position.
- When you find the position, click the Copy position icon next to the position.
- Alternatively, click on the position and select Copy position in the top right corner.
- The page will reload and open the new position.
- Type in the new position title and make any necessary changes. See the table below to understand which fields copy over and what you can edit.
- At the bottom right click Save.
Please note: If you do not save the position, it will be available as a draft. If you click Cancel, the position will be deleted.
Which fields copy over from the original position?
