This error means the due date assigned to the position in HireVue has passed. To resolve this error, you will need to change the position’s due date or remove the due date in HireVue.
Tip: If the due date has passed and there is no extension available, notify the affected candidates.
Follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- At the top of your screen in HireVue, click Positions.
- Search the position title.
- When it appears, click on the position’s title.
- In the top right of the position, look for the expired due date.
- To change the due date, select a different day on the calendar.
- To remove a due date for the position, select Remove Due Date.
