This error means that the Requisition ID is being used for more than one position in HireVue. To resolve this error you will need to use the Requisition ID for one position in HireVue.
Follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- At the top of your screen in HireVue, click Positions.
- Search the position’s title.
- When it appears, click on the position’s title.
- Find the Requisition ID field and confirm the Requisition ID.
- Once you confirm that both positions have the same Requisition ID, delete the Requisition ID from one of the positions.
Please note: Follow the steps for both positions to confirm the Requisition ID associated with each position.
