This error means that the position has not been saved in HireVue. To resolve this error, the position will need to be reviewed and saved.
Follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- At the top of your screen in HireVue, click Positions.
- Search the position’s title.
- When it appears, click on the position’s title.
- At the bottom of the position settings, you will see a Cancel and Save option. Review the position to ensure all fields and questions are entered. Then click Save.
Please note: If you do not see these options and you see an option to Add a Candidate, the position is saved.
Please note: Do not click Delete as that will delete your position and you will have to create a new one.
