Integration Error: No Position Found

This error means that the position in HireVue is missing the Requisition ID in the Requisition ID field or the position may not be created in HireVue. To resolve this error, you will need to input the Requisition ID and/or create the position.

Follow these steps to troubleshoot:

  1. At the top of your screen in HireVue, click Positions.



     
  2. Search the position title.



     
  3. When it appears, click on the position’s title.


     

Please note: If you do not find the position in HireVue, you will need to create the position in HireVue according to your company’s process.

4. Find the Requisition ID field and input the applicable Requisition ID.
