When an integration encounters a permissions type error or an error with the setup in HireVue, the HireVue system will email the user who initially triggered the integration.
For example, the user who tried to create the position or interview will receive an automated email with an explanation of the error and the name of the position and candidate associated with the error. The following errors are listed below with links to articles on how to resolve each integration error.
Please note: HireVue does not send notifications for errors that occur solely in the integration system.
- Position on Different Team: The user who sent the request from your integration system is not assigned to the team that the position is assigned to in HireVue.
- No Position Found: This error means that the position in HireVue is missing the Requisition ID in the Requisition ID field, the Package ID is missing from the Package ID field, or the position may not be created in HireVue.
- Expired Position: The due date assigned to the position in HireVue has passed.
- User Not Found: This error means that the user trying to send the request from your integration system does not have an account set up in HireVue or the user’s login credentials in the integration system do not match an account in HireVue.
- Archived Position: The position has been archived in HireVue.
- Multiple Positions: The Requisition ID or Package ID is being used for more than one position in HireVue.
- Incomplete Position: The position has not been saved in HireVue.
- No Position Permissions: The user who sent the request from your integration system does not have the correct permissions to send the request. The user may not be on the correct team or they may not have the correct level of access in HireVue.
- Interview Type Disabled: The interview type (On Demand, Live, etc.) has been disabled for the team or account.
- Interview Participant Disabled: The interview participant for the Live interview does not have an active account in HireVue.
- User Deactivated: The user who sent the request from your integration system does not have an active account in HireVue.
