This error message means that the Workday candidate doesn’t have one of the required fields in order to sync over: First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. This error is found in the Workday Sync Errors tab on the Reports page.
Follow these steps to troubleshoot:
At the top of the page in HireVue, click the down arrow next to your name and choose Integrations.
- Choose the Workday Sync Errors tab.
- If there is a Candidate Missing Info error message, click on the drop down next to the error message.
- The information that is missing will be listed.
Please note: This most often occurs when the first and last name are entered into the first name field within Workday.
5. In Workday, the candidate profile will need to be updated with the correct information. After making this change, the candidate should successfully populate in HireVue during the next hourly sync.
