The Workday Sync Errors in the Integrations section of the user menu in HireVue features a list of Workday sync errors and a downloadable report of these errors. Workday sync errors relate to the following areas: candidate information, position status, and Workday Initiator permissions.
Tip: Use the error reports to find the reason for the error and resolve it. To correct these errors, update candidate information within Workday, make sure the position in HireVue has been created and is not archived, and update the Workday Initiator’s permissions in HireVue under User Administration.
