This error message means that the position in HireVue is missing the Package (aka Assessment) ID from the Package ID field, or the position may not be created in HireVue. To resolve this error, you will need to input the Package ID and/or create the position. This error is found on the Workday Reference ID Log tab in the Reports page.
Follow these steps to troubleshoot:
At the top of the page in HireVue, click the down arrow next to your name and choose Integrations.
- Choose the Workday Reference ID Log tab.
Please note: The Workday Reference ID Log lists all No Position Found errors.
3. Copy the Workday Reference ID.
4. At the top of your screen in HireVue, click Positions.
5. Search the position title.
6. No position should populate. If the position is not found, then create a new position OR modify an existing position and insert the Package ID into the Package ID field.
Please note: If the position does populate, click into the position and check the Package ID to make sure it is correct and the position is saved.
