This error means that the user who sent the request from the integration system does not have an active account in HireVue. To resolve this error, the user’s account will need to be activated.
Follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- In HireVue, click on the person icon in the top right corner and choose User Administration.
- In User Administration, search the user’s name.
- In the Status section, click on the icon below.
- When the user’s account is activated, the Status section will show a blue icon with a check.
