This error means that the interview participant for the Live interview does not have an active account in HireVue.
To resolve this error, the user assigned as the participant will need their account activated.
Follow these steps to troubleshoot:
At the top of your screen in HireVue, click Positions.
Search the position title.
- When it appears, click on the position’s title.
- In the position, find the affected candidate and click on the Schedule Summary section.
- In the schedule summary, find the participant.
After confirming the participant’s name, click on the person icon in the top right corner and choose User Administration.
- In User Administration, search the user’s name.
- In the Status section, click the icon so that it turns blue.
